Welcome to BrokenTube ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), which primarily focuses on analyzing YouTube video link health and providing SEO tools. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and User Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or harassing purpose.

2. Subscriptions, Fees, and Refund Policy

Our Service is offered under different subscription plans (Starter, Creator, Agency). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees using our third-party payment processor (Cryptomus).

• Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, 12, 24, or 48-month terms).
• You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time.
• All fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly required by mandatory consumer protection laws. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused scan credits.

3. YouTube API Services and Data Usage

Our Service relies on the YouTube API Services to access video metadata.

• By connecting your YouTube channel, you expressly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the BrokenTube Privacy Policy.
• You acknowledge that our access is read-only, limited to public video data (titles, descriptions, tags, links), and is used exclusively for providing link scanning and SEO analysis.
• You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and the "BrokenTube" name, is our proprietary property. You retain all rights to your own content (your YouTube videos and data). We claim no ownership over your YouTube content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokenTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including losses due to broken affiliate links not detected by our Service), resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
